Admission Committee

The Admission Committee oversees the entire admission process, ensuring transparency, fairness, and adherence to the regulatory norms set by the affiliating university and AICTE. The committee facilitates counseling sessions, eligibility verifications, and admissions, ensuring that merit-based and reservation guidelines are strictly followed.

Anti-Ragging Committee

Committed to providing a safe and secure environment, the Anti-Ragging Committee implements a strict zero-tolerance policy against ragging. The committee organizes awareness campaigns, conducts regular monitoring, addresses complaints immediately, and ensures compliance with UGC guidelines to foster a friendly and welcoming campus atmosphere.

Scholarship Committee

The Scholarship Committee identifies eligible students for various government and private scholarships. It assists students in the application process, verifies credentials, and ensures the timely disbursement of scholarship benefits to promote financial assistance and academic encouragement for deserving students.

Governing Committee

The Governing Committee provides strategic leadership and policy direction for the institution. It consists of senior management, academic experts, and external members who collectively oversee the overall functioning, development plans, budget approvals, and long-term vision of the college.

SC/ST Committee

The SC/ST Committee works to safeguard the rights and interests of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students. It addresses grievances, ensures equal opportunities, organizes awareness programs, and monitors the implementation of reservation policies and welfare schemes.

Planning and Monitoring Committee

The Planning and Monitoring Committee is responsible for developing institutional strategies, monitoring academic and infrastructural growth, evaluating project implementation, and ensuring alignment with the college’s vision and mission. It regularly reviews progress and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.

Library Committee

The Library Committee supervises the efficient functioning of the library, recommends acquisition of new books, journals, and e-resources, and frames policies for library usage. It ensures that the library facilities remain updated, user-friendly, and accessible to all students and staff.

Discipline and Welfare Committee

This committee upholds discipline and decorum within the campus. It ensures that students follow institutional rules, handles cases of misconduct, and promotes student welfare through counseling, mentorship programs, and support initiatives for mental and emotional well-being.

Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Committee

The Infrastructure Development and Maintenance Committee plans, oversees, and monitors the construction, expansion, and maintenance of physical facilities on campus. It ensures that all infrastructure developments meet the safety standards, academic needs, and aesthetic requirements of a modern learning environment.

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) addresses complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for women students and employees. It conducts regular awareness programs and ensures compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Class Committee Meeting Incharge

The Class Committee functions as a bridge between students and faculty members. Alumni Committee

Staff Selection Committee

Feedback Committee
